The Garden Terrace
Each piece of the structure was numbered, disassembled, and rebuilt near the site of the original Mackelduff barn, preserving local history. With the popularity of the Manor Barn, an early 1800’s barn was purchased and connected to the existing barn in late 2014. In 2021, the firm filed plans to build an 84-unit townhome complex on a 3.2-acre lot once owned by Long Beach’s defunct redevelopment agency at 5801 Atlantic Avenue. Plans for the 4-acre site call for 16 rows of three-story townhomes with two-, three- and four-bedrooms, plus parking for 214 cars.

Nestled among gardens with a pergola on the left overlooking the meadows and pond, rose gardens on the right, and gazebo at front, the Garden Terrace provides a colorful and romantic backdrop. You may choose to have the classic gazebo or natural landscape of the pergola as your focal point. As your focal point, or you can marry in front of the natural landscape of the pergola. Catering is not included in this fee and will be based on the caterer of your choice (preferred caterers average $80-$100 per person).

Manor Tent
This space features uplighting on the exterior posts of the tent, white Japanese lanterns, starlights over entire ceiling, as well as a colorsplash top in the color of your choice! The uplighting creates a beautiful, unique look – both inside and outside of the tent! Available for wedding receptions and other events, the tent is a structure capable of holding up to 300 of your guests comfortably. Following your cocktail hour, step into the spotlight as newlyweds as you enter the tent for your romantic reception. On warm days, the sides of the tentwill be opened, allowing you and your guests to have breath-taking views of the Manor and enjoy fresh air throughout the night.
